الوظيفة : عامل الكهرباء

المهام الوظيفية :

• تنفيذ مخطط الأسلاك الكهربائية للإضاءة والاتصال الداخلي وغيرها من الأنظمة الكهربائية، والتأكيد من عملها بشكل جيد
• تركيب الأجهزة الكهربائية ومعدات للإنذار والأنظمة الأخرى
• تفعيل وتركيب وتوزيع أجهزة السلامة ومرفقاتها التابعة (مثل المفاتيح ، المقاومات ، الوحات والدوائر الكهربائية ، إلخ)

مؤهلات الوظيفة :

• خبرة من 3-5 سنوات في قطاع التصميم الداخلي أو ما يعادله في نفس المجال (محلات لبيع التجزئة اومكاتب خاصة وغيرها).
• تثبيت واختبار جميع المعدات الكهربائية MDB ، SMDB ، DB ، CABLES.
• حاصل على اعتماد LEED
• Execute plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems independently.
• القدرة على تنفيذ الأعمال بطريقة منظمة والتمتع بمهارات التواصل جيدة وقدرة على تحمل ضغوطات العمل

المهام الوظيفية :

• إدارة فريق من الموظفين من خلال التواصل الفعال والإشراف والتدريب المستمر لضمان إتمام المهام المطلوبة في الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية المحدده
• إدارة توظيف الموظفين واختيارهم وتدريبهم وتطويرهم حسب التعاقد المطلوب، وإدارة التعاقد مع الشركات الخارجية لتوظيف المشرفين والوظائف الإضافية

مؤهلات الوظيفة :

• درجة البكالوريوس في التخصص او ما يعادله في نفس المجال
• خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات، 5 سنين في المجال الإداري في المراكز التجارية أو المجمعات أو الفنادق
• خبرة في إستخدام برامج الـMS
• ثنائي اللغة؛ يجيد اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة

الوظيفة : Office Manager_Ar

المهام الوظيفية :

• Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
