Job Title : Electrician

Job Responsibilities :

• Execute plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems
• Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems
• Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)

Job Qualifications :

• Must have 3-5 years experience in Interior Design Company is a must and in the same field (retail shops, offices etc.).
• Install & test of all electrical MDB, SMDB & DB, CABLES.
• LEED Accreditation preferred
• Execute plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems independently.
• Well organized with good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Job Title : Mall Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple employees through effective communication, supervision, training and scheduling to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage staff recruitment, selection, training/ development and succession planning as required for In-House and managing the outsourced contracting Supervisors and staff

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
• 7 to 10 years of experience of which 5 in a managerial role in a shopping centre / mall / hotel.
• Excellent in MS application office
• Bilingual; Fluent in English and Arabic

Job Title : Office Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

• Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
